Fruity Goat Milk Popsicles

Vanilla Raspberry Goat Milk Popsicles

Creamy & fruity vanilla raspberry goat milk popsicles that’ll impress your entire family.
You’ll love sharing all the goodness of goat milk (say hello to healthy fats, more calcium, more magnesium, and more iron for starters!) all jam packed into these children approved DREAMSICLES.


Ingredients

  • 55 g Green Goat milk powder
  • 250 ml cold water
  • 300 g of fresh raspberries + a handful set aside
  • 2 tsp Madagascar vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Preparation

Blend all ingredients together with a blender or food processor on high speed. If you prefer a less seedy popsicle, you can pour your blended mixture through a fine strainer.

Pour mixture slowly into the popsicle molds, periodically dropping a mashed raspberry or two here and there as you pour.

Place popsicle molds in the freezer for about 6 hours.

When you’re ready to eat them, run the base of the popsicle tray under warm water briefly so they slide out more easily and enjoy!
