This is the best chia seed pudding out there! It’s a nutritional powerhouse too. It has more calcium, more healthy fats, more minerals, more protein, more vitamins AND more fiber than
if made with a dairy alternative such as soy or almond milk.
55 g Green Goat milk powder
375 ml cold water
70 g chia seeds (white or black)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp honey
150 g pineapple
1 tsp lemon juice
Slivered almonds and passion fruit to top.
Blend all ingredients together. Transfer to dessert bowls or jars and refrigerate for up to 45 minutes. Stir once or twice half-way through.
Top with fresh passionfruit and almond slivers and serve!
Tip: use whole chia seeds for a seedy pudding, or ground for a smoother consistency.
