Frothy Cappuccino

Creamy, frothy and decadent, our take on a classic cappuccino makes mornings extra special. Create your cup with a little or a whole lot of foam, whichever makes your heart sing!


  • 1 cup (250 mL) Green Goat milk
  • 1 cup (250 mL) hot espresso
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Grated semi-sweet chocolate

Equipment: you will need an espresso machine with milk steamer for this recipe. 


Prepare 1 cup of hot espresso. Combine with sugar and a pinch of ground cinnamon and divide into two 8 oz mugs.

Steam 1 cup of Green Goat milk until a frothy foam forms on top (about 20-30 seconds). Pour the steamed milk into your mugs slowly, adding as much foam as desired!

Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and chocolate. Serve immediately.
