Gourmet Goat Milk Crêpes

Get your weekend off to a flying start with the distinctive taste of a goat milk crepe.


  • 25 g Green Goat milk powder
  • 185 ml water
  • 80 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ tbsp coconut oil


Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix at high speed until it is a smooth batter. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.

Heat up a griddle or pan. Slowly pour your batter on allowing it to spread out to a thin layer. Cook each side for about 60 seconds.

Add any topping you wish! Our favorites are a fresh slice plus the zest of orange, lemon, or lime, and a drizzle of honey.
